Project Title

HBM Defect library dashboard

Project Description

Objectives: To set up the HBM defect library by documenting the electrical/physical fail signatures of defects of interest. Create a standardized tracking dashboard for defect fail modes within the different test flows.

Project Scope

• Understand the electrical failing signatures of the different defect fail modes across the process and how it fails in each test flow.

Deliverables

• A user-friendly dashboard to track and document all defect fail modes.

Skillset Required

• Python programming; basic knowledge of semiconductor physics.

Course of Interest

• MS in Science (Electrical Engineering); MS in Materials Science & Engineering.

Duration

Minimum 6 months
