Who You Work With

Global Consumer Financial Services (GCFS) focuses on helping consumers achieve their goals. The team offers a wide range of services, from branch to premier banking and everything in between, providing many career paths and opportunities to learn from an award-winning environment.

What You Do

  • Acquire New-To-Bank (NTB) and New-To-Premier (NTP) customers for Premier Banking Asia and Premier Private Client (Offshore segment).
  • Cross-sell the OCBC Premier Banking value proposition to the target client segment.
  • Build and independently maintain effective customer acquisition sources.
  • Identify acquisition opportunities and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive quality acquisitions.
  • Develop and foster strategic partnerships with potential referral partners.
  • Actively engage partners to generate a consistent pipeline of prospects.
  • Convert leads into sales.
  • Perform customer onboarding through face-to-face meetings or digital onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with control standards throughout the end-to-end onboarding process.
  • Conduct all required KYC, AML procedures, and documentation.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service to all internal and external customers.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 1 year of related working experience.
  • Confident individual with strong networking skills.
  • Diploma or Degree holder; banking or sales experience preferred.
  • Good relationship-building skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Highly driven and motivated to exceed assigned targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to travel for work if required.
  • Proficient in English and able to converse effectively with clients from respective markets (e.g., Mandarin for North Asia, Bahasa for Indonesia, Vietnamese for Vietnam, Thai for Thailand).
  • Mature personality suited to handling the affluent market segment.
