As an Analyst in the Strategic Investment Group within the Investment Banking Division, you will play a key role in executing the firm's business. Job Responsibilities

• Execute transactions by supporting due diligence, document preparation, negotiation, and liaising with relevant counterparts at the client and other advisers (accounting, legal, etc.)
• Collaborate with J.P. Morgan product and sector teams
• Build and use complex financial models; complete valuation and analytical exercises
• Draft presentation materials, including management presentations, Board materials, memorandums, and other documents for M&A and capital markets transactions or strategic client dialogue
• Stay informed of key market developments and establish knowledge of the target client base and relevant market dynamics

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in an investment banking front office or related role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Strong accounting, finance, quantitative, and business writing skills
• Understanding of the transaction cycle and process steps; execution-oriented
• Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders across lines of business
• Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
