Workday's Early Career hub publishes three pathways for next-generation talent:

• Generation Workday – a one-year cohort programme of skill-building, mentorship, and lasting connections, hiring new graduates into permanent roles from day one.
• Internships and co-ops – student placements with real project work and dedicated mentors, sourced through the firm's Early Career careers portal.
• Entry-level roles – full-time positions for graduates outside the Generation cohort.
