The programmes
Shift4's only named early-career program is DoW SkillBridge, open exclusively to military service members within the final 180 days of active duty rather than to the general student population.
Current SkillBridge openings run in Mission Control Operations and Customer Support, paired with mentorship from Shift4 staff and a stated path to a full-time offer. Because eligibility is tied to a military separation timeline rather than an academic calendar, a college student or new graduate outside that population has no internship or graduate scheme at Shift4 to apply to instead.
