PGIM runs a two-stage early-careers process that the firm publishes on its own site. The summer internship is a ten-week program, per the firm's own page; specific business units run their own variants (e.g., Technology, Real Estate, Private Capital, Fixed Income, Corporate Finance) that map to the same application pipeline. For undergraduates, that breadth means the three-application cap is best spent across distinct businesses rather than redundant postings within the same job family.
