• Operations Manager Program: open to candidates with prior top-tier consultancy experience rather than students, an 18-to-24-month rotation embedded with the 22-person Operations team, working directly inside portfolio companies and structured to end in a leadership role at one of them.

Both are explicitly framed as feeders rather than standalone jobs: the internship "paves the way" to roles in private equity, investment banking or consulting, and the Operations Manager track is a defined route into an operating role at one of Nordic Capital's 55 portfolio companies. A candidate choosing between them is really choosing between a 10-week exploratory window and a two-year placement track with a specific destination built in.
