Lombard Odier's published Emerging Talent programmes are Geneva-based and take school-leavers and HES students through to bachelor level inside the firm:

• Banking Apprenticeship (CFC): three years in Geneva, rotating across bank departments, leading to the Federal Diploma with or without banking orientation
• Maturity Professional Commerciale (MPC): two years in Geneva, taken alongside the apprenticeship to qualify for HES study
• Haute École de Gestion (HEG) — Business Administration Economics: four years, 80% at the bank across four one-year placements in front-office or support, 20% at HEG Geneva
• Haute École de Gestion (HEG) — Business Information Technology: four years, 60% at the bank across four IT placements, 40% at HEG Geneva

This is a multi-year apprenticeship track, not a summer internship season: a candidate is committing two to four years to a single firm in Geneva, so the decision sits closer to a Swiss vocational placement than to a parallel run of investment-bank graduate applications.

For the Emerging Talent intake, Lombard Odier publishes a single annual window: "The recruitment period runs from December to March", with applications submitted through the firm's Workday portal and individual interviews then conducted at the bank. Other openings — six-month analyst internships and specialist roles outside the apprenticeship track — are posted to the same Workday careers portal on a rolling basis and do not share this window. A candidate targeting an Emerging Talent place is therefore preparing one application against a fixed four-month winter window, separate from any rolling submission made the rest of the year.
