The programme is rotational across multiple teams, runs one to two years, and pairs every joiner with a dedicated mentor and a buddy from the prior cohort, with the firm funding study leave and materials for the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and the CFA. The firm states explicitly that candidates can apply to one divisional stream only across the entire intake. That single-stream rule front-loads the application: which division to back has to be decided before the form goes in, not negotiated at offer stage.

The firm underwrites IMC and CFA study (classes, online portals, textbooks and study leave) for grads on every stream. The practical fit signal: a candidate drawn to solutions-led fixed-income work, or to building out the operating and technology spine of an asset manager, will find the brief matches; a candidate aiming primarily at fundamental equity research will not.
