Internship and graduate hiring at Gauntlet
What makes Gauntlet distinctive among DeFi risk-management firms for early-career applicants?
Gauntlet closed a $125 million Series C led by SBI Holdings on 9 July 2026, its largest round to date, with part of the proceeds earmarked for scaling its global team. The firm has operated in DeFi risk management since 2018 and now curates over $1.5 billion in assets across its vaults, integrated with 150+ fintechs and institutions. On Morpho specifically, Gauntlet is the third-largest vault curator, with more than $1 billion in deposits raised in roughly 18 months. Hiring currently runs through a single rolling jobs board spanning data, engineering, growth, and operations roles, not a class-year program, so an applicant is stepping into a fast-scaling team rather than a fixed recruiting cycle.
