Capco's US Associate Talent Program runs three stages after application: a recruiter screen, a recorded Hireflix video round answering four behavioural questions, and a final Assessment Center Day with two behavioural interviews with Capco consultants plus a group case study. The program FAQ targets a two-to-three-week response at each stage and reviews applications on a rolling basis. Two distinct interview formats sit between application and offer — a recorded one-way video and a live group case — so preparation has to span both, not just the standard case-interview drilling.

Capco's primary entry-level pathway is the Associate Talent Program (ATP), open to recent graduates and career changers with up to 1.5 years of post-graduate experience and a bachelor's degree in any discipline. The ATP runs in tracks across Engineering, Data, and Consulting, and is offered regionally:

• US ATP, with cohorts in Charlotte, Chicago, New York, Dallas, and Houston

The ATP opens with classroom training before associates are placed on a client project — typical engagements run six to eighteen months — so the first months of the role are training and rotation rather than steady-state delivery.

Capco is a financial-services-only consultancy, with practice areas across banking and payments, capital markets, wealth and asset management, insurance, and the energy sector, rather than a broad-spectrum strategy or technology firm. It has operated as a Wipro subsidiary since the 2021 acquisition, serving over 100 global financial institutions from offices across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. The ATP runs as distinct Engineering, Data, and Consulting tracks rather than a single generalist scheme, so an applicant chooses between technical and advisory paths at the application stage rather than after onboarding.
