What sets Anthelion Capital apart
Anthelion Capital is a private credit and data-science platform that reported roughly $3.2 billion in assets under management as of 31 March 2026, up from the $3.15 billion in regulatory assets it reported to the SEC three months earlier.
Roughly half of its listed team sits in dedicated data-analytics, machine-learning and platform-engineering roles rather than in investing, a structure Bloomberg has described as "AI-powered" CLO and middle-market investing. The firm closed its inaugural CLO in July 2025 and hired Alex Jenner, a 19-year credit veteran from GIC, as co-portfolio manager to run it.
Anthelion runs no structured internship or graduate scheme: its only route in is whatever role is open on its own job board at a given moment, most recently a single, experienced, full-time infrastructure-engineering opening. A candidate targeting this firm is watching for a specific opening to appear, not working toward a fixed recruiting season.
