We are looking for outstanding candidates to join us in our "all hands on deck" startup culture. We are seeking an Account Management Intern to help drive growth for our business partners. The intern will report to the Account Management Team Lead (Restaurants) and the Head of Account Management. Ideal candidates should possess quick learning abilities, comfort with learning proprietary software systems, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

Content Support and Optimization

• Work with foodpanda’s Account Management team to support content updates for key brands.
• Manage the onboarding, offboarding, and menu setups of Restaurant merchants on the platform.

Commercial Analysis

• Conduct thorough, insightful, and skilfully presented deep-dives into specific business topics and trends.
• Collaborate with the Account Management department to understand business challenges and recommend solutions across various projects.
• Monitor project KPIs and build/manage project dashboards to evolve and define project vision, ensuring projects grow within budget and scope.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis.

Operations

• Work with foodpanda’s Account Management team to evaluate partner operational compliance.
• Utilize data to streamline partner classifications for relevance.

General Support

• As part of this startup adventure, participate in the execution of high-impact commercial activities.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Attributes

• A keen sense for customer behavior and how content quality affects purchasing decisions.
• Excellent analytical skills, independent thinking, and a strong data orientation.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Python, Looker) is required.
• Demonstrates competencies such as drive for results, action-orientation, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.

Preferred Experience

• Some experience with eCommerce operations is preferred, though a genuine passion for eCommerce is welcomed.
• Experience with presentation software (PowerPoint, Prezi, etc.) and Excel is a plus.
