A Day in the Life of a Summer Associate

As a Summer Associate in the Client Service team, you’ll be the link between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek. These connections could take the form of a phone call between a client and an expert advisor, a survey, or a written research product. Throughout your workday, you will work on multiple projects for investors, strategists, and dealmakers at top-tier client organizations seeking expert insights to inform their decision-making. This is a communications-intensive frontline role requiring you to multitask across parallel workstreams.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Owning end-to-end client-expert communications, spending a significant part of your day on the phone screening and negotiating with relevant experts to position the best possible matches for your clients’ requests.
• Leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools to map complex industry value chains and identify and engage with relevant experts.
• Understanding the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environment in which your clients and experts operate.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who bring their best every day. We require:

• Undergraduate Junior (Class of 2028).
• Strong academic credentials (undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or above).
• Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
• Internship experience demonstrating an interest in business is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.
• Work authorization in the United States; we do not sponsor visas but will consider applicants with STEM/OPT eligibility.
