Marketing Intern

PhillipCapital, pioneers of online trading with the POEMS platform launched in 1996, seeks a motivated Marketing Intern. Our marketing team is dedicated to communicating POEMS' unique value proposition—a High Touch and High Tech approach designed to empower traders. We strive to build lasting relationships with traders and investors by providing education, support, and resources through a dedicated team of 1,000 sales professionals and various channels to enhance the trading experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct market research concerning industry trends and perform competitor analysis. Utilize identified pain points to suggest improvements.
• Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online advertisements, and events such as investment seminars. Help track the performance of marketing campaigns and analyze results to improve future strategies. Support the team in creating marketing strategies and materials for upcoming promotions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (sales, design, product) to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives. Attend team meetings to provide updates and insights into ongoing projects.

Qualifications

We value the diverse skills and perspectives each intern brings. While complete fulfillment of every requirement is not necessary, familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will aid success:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• A strong interest in events/campaign management and improving marketing operational efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Confidence in interacting with clients during offline/physical events.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
