Intern, Client Engagement and Business Development (Content Initiatives)

The Dealing team supports clients throughout their investment journey, from account onboarding and maintenance to client engagement and relationship-building initiatives. As an intern, you will gain exposure to client servicing, KYC processes, and the creation of content designed to keep clients informed and engaged.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Support KYC and customer due diligence (CDD) processes.
• Prepare client communications for account reviews, document requests, and account-related notifications.
• Assist in handling basic client enquiries and servicing requests.
• Support client outreach and engagement campaigns through various communication channels.
• Work closely with dealers to ensure timely follow-up on client matters.
• Contribute to the creation of client-facing content, such as market updates, newsletters, webinar materials, and educational content.
• Conduct research on market developments and industry trends to support content initiatives.
• Explore new ideas and engagement initiatives to strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Show an interest in content creation, communications, or client engagement.
• Have the ability to simplify information into clear and engaging content.
• Possess a collaborative mindset and the ability to work well with different stakeholders.
• Are proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn on the job.
• Have an interest in investing, financial markets, and current affairs.
