Intern, Client Engagement and Business Development (YIG Initiatives)

The Dealing team supports clients throughout their investment journey, from account onboarding and maintenance to investor engagement and business development initiatives. As an intern, you will gain exposure to client servicing while contributing to projects under our Young Investors Group (YIG) roadmap aimed at improving the onboarding and investing experience for young investors.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Support Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.
• Prepare client communications for account reviews, document requests, and account-related notifications.
• Assist in handling basic client enquiries and servicing requests.
• Support client outreach and engagement campaigns.
• Work closely with dealers to ensure timely follow-up on client matters.
• Support YIG initiatives through the creation of beginner-friendly content, educational materials, and onboarding guides.
• Participate in testing and feedback exercises for new platform features and investor engagement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Maintain a customer-focused mindset with a professional approach to communication.
• Exhibit a collaborative mindset and the ability to work well with different stakeholders.
• Are proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn on the job.
• Show interest in investing, financial markets, fintech, or investor education.
