PYTCH is a decision-first financial media brand helping young adults navigate the real money choices shaping their lives. We turn everyday financial pressures—from work, rent, and cost of living to saving, investing, and cross-border money decisions—into relatable content that helps audiences understand their options, weigh the trade-offs, and take a practical next step. Our flagship audience includes Malaysians working in Singapore and young adults navigating money decisions across Singapore and Malaysia.

What You Will Be Working On

You will support PYTCH across short-form content, social media, and video production, helping us turn real audience pain points and money decisions into content people actually want to watch, share, and act on.

In This Role, You Will:

• Create and optimize short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Test hooks, pacing, formats, and creative variations.
• Spot trends and turn them into relevant, decision-led content.
• Support lifestyle, Street Cents, vox pop, and on-ground shoots.
• Assist with filming, basic editing, subtitles, and content preparation.
• Support activations, production logistics, and social content capture.
• Track content performance and turn learnings into better future content.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong interest in media, social content, or video production.
• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and internet culture.
• Ability to spot what makes content relatable, useful, and engaging.
• Basic editing or content creation skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter and faster.
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn across different areas.
• Familiarity with Malaysian and Singaporean culture is a plus.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Interest in financial literacy.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools, research methodologies, and content creation.
