Business Development Intern - Young Investors Program (YIP)

Join Phillip Nova’s Young Investors Program (YIP) Team and help us inspire the next generation of investors. As a Business Development Intern, you will support initiatives that promote financial literacy and expand our outreach to young adults across Singapore. This role offers hands-on exposure to business development, partnership management, event execution, and marketing within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing business development and marketing campaigns.
• Support the planning and execution of educational events, seminars, and outreach initiatives to raise awareness of Phillip Nova among tertiary students and young working adults.
• Source partnerships with schools, student organisations, and communities.
• Conduct research and provide administrative support for ongoing projects.

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about investing and financial markets, with a basic understanding of investing fundamentals.
• Is a self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys bringing ideas to life.
• Is outgoing and confident in building relationships with people.
• Is organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Is creative, with an eye for content creation and social media.
• Is a strong communicator with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
