As the Claims Representative I, Auto, you will investigate, negotiate, and settle service claims for the organization. You will contribute to the organization’s client service culture through professional interactions with clients and by implementing innovative, client-centric solutions.

How you will create impact

  • Provide exceptional client service to customers as an industry leader in client engagement.
  • Review policy wordings, apply coverages, negotiate, and settle service claims.
  • Investigate and evaluate relevant information to quantify losses and identify opportunities for salvage and subrogation recoveries.
  • Proactively communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure efficient, timely, and quality resolution of claims.

Salary information

Expected salary range: $50,280 to $83,800

The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria, including local market conditions, geography, and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience, and education.

Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
