General Summary

The Product Development and Test Engineering group develops test solutions for design verification of highly integrated SoC chip for mobile applications. We work with Design, System, Foundry, Program Management, Yield, Reliability, Marketing, Sales, and Manufacturing teams to create, commercialize, and support QTIs products.

Job responsibilities include designing and debugging test interface hardware (loadboards), developing test software (test programs), supporting hardware/software integration, and developing characterization plans. You will also lead first-silicon debug, define process experiments (splits), perform multiple-source fab matching, conduct device characterization, and analyze data. Additional responsibilities include product documentation and presentations, generating test limits (guardbands), driving failure analysis to completion, and controlling yield variance.

The role also requires driving short-term and long-term test time reduction and yield improvement to meet set goals without compromising production quality across multiple projects in parallel.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; 1–2 years of experience is preferred.
