Essential Responsibilities
- Perform 12-hour shifts to support the running of production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure success and survival rate, meeting module goals.
- Troubleshoot basic and chronic equipment-related issues to maintain or improve tool performance.
- Follow SOP, carry out CAS per specification, and execute good maintenance of support tools.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the production floor, sub-fab, office, and maintenance support areas.
- Ensure and follow good safety practices, including safe custody of tools, equipment, and other properties belonging to the Module.
- Provide proper and accurate pass-down of line issues and documentation (complete and file checklists).
- Experience in Clean Tech / wet etch equipment (wet bench and single wafer equipment) is an added advantage.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner, and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering, preferably with 1–2 years of working experience in the electrical/electronics industry.
- Perform 12-hour rotating shifts or normal/swing shifts where required.
- Good team player.
- Good logical thought process.
