Who We Are

BCG Platinion’s presence spans across the globe, with offices in Asia, Europe, and South and North America. We achieve digital excellence for clients through sustained solutions to complex and time-sensitive challenges. We guide clients into the future to push the status quo, overcome technology limitations, and enable them to go further in their digital journeys than has been possible before.

At BCG Platinion, we deliver business value through the innovative use of technology at a rapid pace. We transform business, revolutionize approaches, satisfy customers, and change the game through Architecture, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Application, and Risk functions—balancing vision with a pragmatic path to change, transforming strategies into leading-edge technology platforms at scale.

What You’ll Do

Our Enterprise Solutions team helps clients meet two major strategic challenges: implementing enterprise-level applications such as ERP, and carrying out digital transformations to modern data and AI/analytics platforms. We focus on delivering speed-to-value and maximum benefit to our clients.

We are looking for team members with either (i) implementation expertise in core systems and major vendor solutions across functional domains—specifically ERP, CRM, and HCM; or (ii) experience in aspects of digital transformation such as enterprise or data/AI architecture, legacy modernization, and next-generation application platforms.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic consultant and a technologist, bringing expertise to help develop customized, innovative client solutions.

Enterprise Solutions Interns are:

  • Collaborative. Interdisciplinary team players who seek alignment and build relationships across cross-functional stakeholder groups and existing teams.
  • Agile advocates. Well-versed in Agile methodologies, using expertise to strategically tackle difficult challenges and implement change.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. Confident working through the unknown when the path forward isn’t always well-defined.
  • Technical experts. Critical thinkers with extensive technology expertise that drives novel solutions through complexity.
  • Change agents. Able to make change happen across an organization—aligning and onboarding teams to implement new processes and toolsets, and guiding organizations to optimize technology best practices.
  • Influencers. Build strong relationships to establish trust and influence stakeholders.

You’re Good At

  • Managing large-scale ERP (or related) projects
  • Restructuring business and technology processes and organizations—both within and outside of an ERP construct
  • Supporting technology functions during mergers and acquisitions, including functional and technical transformation of an organization’s IT department
  • Evaluating and designing architectures across IT, enterprise software, and data/AI (including ERP)
  • Developing roadmaps and current state assessments
  • Designing and implementing feasibility studies for technology and ERP strategy
  • Defining global and local deployment strategy
  • Developing an infrastructure approach and high-level design of technology solutions (cloud, on-prem, hybrid)
  • Considering data and integration related to ERP platforms
  • Optimizing depth of value-added capabilities and features in an ERP
  • Restructuring core ERP processes (functional and/or technical)
  • Managing technology projects and quality assurance
  • Recommending the right technology solutions/software and digital platforms (including ERP, CRM, HCM, bespoke, and other packaged solutions)
  • Defining a cutting-edge digital presence and applications suite
  • Developing a rational approach to bringing legacy systems into the modern era

What You’ll Bring

  • Pursuing a master’s degree in business or a STEM field, with MIS (or similar) preferred
  • Graduating between December 2027 and July 2028
  • 3–4 years of practical experience in technology or ERP/CRM/HCM/Enterprise Technology consulting with a focus on one or more of the following:
    • SAP, Salesforce, Oracle (Financials, NetSuite, Fusion, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, etc.), Workday, or similar systems
    • Legacy application and architecture modernization
    • Design of next-generation enterprise or data architectures
    • Experience in business process design and configuration
    • Previous experience in a management role in two or more end-to-end digital transformations or ERP implementations in a waterfall or Agile setting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (prior consulting experience preferred)
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
