Advisor Summer Intern — Global Private Bank

If you enjoy building relationships and helping develop innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment, this role may be a great fit. In the Global Private Bank, advisors help clients achieve their financial goals by delivering tailored solutions and services across investments, credit, banking, and Trust & Estates.

As an Advisor Summer Intern, you will receive training and mentorship from senior executives and work on projects that build your skills. You will work alongside a team of advisors and specialists to bring in new clients and serve existing clients, delivering customized solutions to help protect, manage, and grow wealth.

Summer Internship Program

The program is nine weeks long and begins with a week of induction, including training and orientation to the business. You will gain technical and practical knowledge and contribute to teams focused on building client relationships and delivering customized wealth management solutions. Top performers may receive a full-time offer at the end of the summer.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with teams to understand client needs and analyze market activities to develop and execute strategies that help clients meet their financial goals.
• Collaborate with bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists to learn the business and deepen expertise.
• Partner with teams (including market strategy, equity, and alternative investment teams) to conduct research and analysis, develop products, and respond to client needs.
• Grow professionally through one-on-one mentorship, learning sessions, and ongoing events while building your professional network.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Expected graduation year: January 2028 and July 2028.
• In your penultimate year of study.
• Highly driven and enjoy working in teams to develop complex solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
• Desire to work with external clients in a relationship-building and sales capacity.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Highly inquisitive, focused, and considerate.
• Good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
