What You Will Do
- Responsible for standard cell library characterization for leading-edge process nodes (7nm/5nm/4nm/3nm), pioneering the setup of a design platform for MediaTek projects.
- Perform timing, power, constraint, noise, and variation modeling, analysis, and flow development for >15K logic circuits for one process node.
- Develop test chip design and silicon data analysis flows for advanced technology nodes (<7nm), including big data processing and visualization.
