Responsibilities

As a Junior Business Scientist, you will:

• Work on challenging projects with international clients, combining analytics and consulting, including building tailored solutions.
• Work in teams of 3–6 business scientists across 1–3 projects.
• Engage from discovery to final recommendations, including data analysis, modelling, and translating insights.
• Propose innovative approaches and grow into ownership of projects.
• Support project planning, coordination, and delivery tracking to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Present results to stakeholders, including C-suite clients.
• Build expertise across methodologies and industries.
• Receive training, mentoring, and continuous support, with a clear development path toward a Senior Business Scientist role.
• Gain exposure to the APAC leadership team.
• Contribute to a fast-growing, ambitious, and collaborative team.

Profile

We are looking for candidates with:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance.
• 2–3 years of experience in data analysis and/or modelling, preferably in a client-facing or consulting environment.
• Experience with R, Python, SQL, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Interest in consulting, problem solving, and project delivery.
• Exposure to project management or PMO-related activities is a plus.
• Strong interest in marketing and business topics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate data insights for business stakeholders.
• Business-level English.
• Additional Asia languages are a plus.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong ownership and proactiveness.
• Self-driven and eager to learn.
