The Payments Product team is responsible for the strategy, development, and management of payment products and capabilities across domestic and international markets. The team works closely with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Client Service, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Treasury to deliver scalable payment solutions, enhance client experiences, and support the continued growth of the Transaction Banking business.

Your Impact

The Payments Product Analyst will support the development, management, and enhancement of payment products and capabilities. The role provides exposure to product strategy, client engagement, market developments, operational processes, and delivery of new product features.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the Payments Product roadmap and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with product research, analysis, and business case development.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of product documentation, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Support governance, risk management, and regulatory review activities related to product changes.
  • Participate in testing, implementation, and product launch activities.
  • Work with stakeholders across Transaction Banking to help deliver a consistent client experience.

Experience Required

  • 1+ years of Treasury/Cash Management product management/development or engineering/operations experience.
