Job Description

MediaTek’s Radio System Solutions Division develops standalone RF ICs or IPs for wireless communication products within MediaTek. The work involves designing and verifying building blocks such as low noise amplifiers, power amplifiers, filters, data converters, phase-locked loops, low dropout regulators, and digital calibration circuits for advanced wireless communication solutions.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical study of RF analog integrated circuit building blocks (research from technical publications).
• Use Cadence Virtuoso CAD tools for circuit design and other supporting tools (e.g., MATLAB).
• Design RF analog circuits in a CMOS process using simulators to meet specified requirements.
• Create scripts to support design-related workflows and usage.
