About the Role

KPMG's People & Organisation practice helps organisations transform their workforce, leadership, culture, and HR function to achieve sustainable business outcomes. We partner with clients to design and implement people-centric transformation programmes that align workforce strategy with business priorities, enabling organisational agility, workforce effectiveness, and long-term growth.

We are looking for undergraduates who are passionate about people, workforce, and organisational transformation to join us as Interns. This internship provides exposure to the Consulting industry and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on client engagements and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, data analysis, and industry benchmarking
• Support project management and coordination activities
• Prepare presentations, reports, and client deliverables
• Assist in workshops, stakeholder engagement, and change initiatives
• Support proposal development and business development activities

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
• Strong interest in people, workforce, and organisational transformation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, responsive, responsible, and results-oriented
• Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently to deliver tasks in a timely manner
• Resourceful, analytical, detail-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
