About the Team + Role
Robinhood's Corporate Finance team sits at the center of how the company plans, decides, and grows. The team partners directly with senior leadership to shape financial strategy and is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to help do that work at a higher level.
In this role, you’ll be a key voice in company-wide financial planning—translating complex data into clear insights, driving the processes that keep Robinhood’s business running efficiently, and building the infrastructure that scales with the company. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role where your analysis and recommendations will directly influence how leadership understands and acts on the business.
What You’ll Do
- Play a key role in recurring FP&A processes, including forecasting, monthly analyses, budgeting, financial system oversight, and management reporting.
- Synthesize and distill key financial and business insights for leadership by analyzing results, business KPIs, assessing risk, and communicating timely risks and opportunities.
- Develop and execute on company-wide annual planning processes, financial forecasts, and ongoing analysis of variances.
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost efficiency measures across the company.
- Act as a thought leader to improve and simplify processes, drive standardization, and build scalable solutions to support the next wave of Robinhood’s growth.
- Design and build financial infrastructure to automate and support business and operations.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis, investment banking, finance, or management consulting.
- Ability to work both horizontally and vertically across an organization, with peers and senior leaders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, logical reasoning, and the ability to present potential solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills and business judgment to balance detailed work while maintaining the big picture, including the ability to determine the “why” behind the numbers.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and interest in developing sophisticated querying and modeling skills.
- Proven ability to manage priorities simultaneously and drive projects.
- Experience applying financial systems for data input and reporting, including the ability to build and maintain relevant reporting hierarchies.
- A positive attitude; you are creative, a hard worker, curious, and maintain a can-do approach.
- Familiarity with analytical tools (SQL, Looker) and financial reporting software (Oracle, Anaplan).

Compensation & Pay Transparency
In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of three compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
- Zone 1: Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC — $89,000 to $105,000 USD
- Zone 2: Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL — $78,000 to $92,000 USD
- Zone 3: Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL — $70,000 to $82,000 USD
