Opportunity Summary

We are looking for an intern for the Asia Pacific Corporates team for a 3 to 6-month internship (flexible duration). As a member of the team, you will assist with the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities for ICG. You will gain exposure to a diverse range of industry sectors and develop your skills in evaluating private equity investments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct economic/financial research on industries and companies
• Evaluate a company’s financial and operating performance in the context of overall industry and market trends
• Build, review, and operate complex valuation financial models used for evaluating investments
• Assist with drafting investment memorandums and presentations, including industry trends, investment overview and thesis, key risks/issues, and related content
• Assist with portfolio management

Key Requirements / Qualifications

You will have demonstrable experience in:

Essential

• Strong work ethic
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and willingness to learn
• A supportive and adaptable team member who can build positive relationships
• Financial modeling skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
