Antin Infrastructure Partners Internship

Antin Infrastructure Partners (“Antin”) is a leading private equity firm focused on infrastructure investments with €34bn+ capital raised. Based in Paris, London, and New York, the firm targets majority stakes in infrastructure businesses across the energy and environment, telecom, transport, and social infrastructure sectors. Majority owned by its partners, Antin has been listed on Euronext Paris since September 2021.

Antin expects interns to assist in the acquisition of infrastructure companies in Europe and to support the investment team with ongoing asset management activities for selected portfolio companies. The investment process combines the financial skills of investment banking with the strategic thinking of management consulting, providing a well-rounded business learning experience. Interns work across both acquisition opportunities and the management of current portfolio companies, benefiting from a streamlined team structure and close collaboration with senior managers and external advisors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analysis, financial modelling, and evaluation of private equity investment opportunities, and contribute to the overall evaluation process.
• Perform benchmarking analysis, including trading comparables and precedent transactions.
• Contribute to the development of investment recommendations based on the team’s due diligence and analysis.
• Draft presentation materials and memos for internal and external purposes.
• Assist in due diligence on investment opportunities.

Knowledge and Skills Required

Experience required: Previous internships in M&A, Corporate Finance, or Management Consulting.

Skills: Applicants are expected to demonstrate:

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial skills.
• Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency across Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg would be evaluated positively (not required).
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit, with the ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English. Fluency in French is not required.

Availability

The candidate must be available for a six-month internship starting at the beginning of September 2026.
