Associate KYC Analyst

Your role

Corpay is looking to hire a KYC Associate Analyst on a permanent basis within our Alpha Group division. This role is part of our Cross Borders line of business and is based in our London office. Reporting into the EDD Manager, you will help mitigate AML and Financial Crime risk through thorough due diligence and KYC checks.

What you’ll be doing

In this Compliance role, you will review client documentation, investigate complex entities, and escalate findings to the EDD team. You will ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies while supporting business growth and maintaining high compliance standards. You will also identify risks and contribute to process improvements to strengthen the business’s defenses against financial crime, money laundering, and terrorist financing.

Role responsibilities

• Conduct KYC onboarding reviews to ensure adherence to procedural, policy, and regulatory requirements within SLA.
• Escalate high-risk factors accurately and concisely (including PEPs, State Owned Entities, Adverse Media, and Sanctions) to the senior analysts/second line compliance team.
• Provide KYC requirement guidance to client service and front office teams with support from the analyst/senior.
• Perform analysis across alternative investment structures and support various client types, including corporate entities, trusts, funds, and SPVs.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality and ensure adherence to policies; work with your Line Manager on individual performance.
• Use compliance platforms, screening tools, and systems to streamline department workflow.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to queries from business units.

Qualifications & skills

• 1–2 years of AML/KYC experience is required.
• Interest in compliance, know your customer (KYC), and anti-money laundering regulations is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organisation.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Ambitious and eager to develop your skill set, with the ability to embrace pressure and ongoing change in a fast-paced team.
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
