Description of Role

The Infopro Digital Sales Executive is a team-oriented, quota-carrying role focused on revenue generation for the Global Finance Markets brand, Central Banking, with clients globally. The role involves selling individual and enterprise access to our subscriptions and memberships to existing and new clients, working alongside the Head of Central Banking Sales and the wider sales team to ensure clients purchase our full suite of products. The Central Banking Sales Executive will operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating drive, initiative, energy, and the ability to develop strong client relationships. You will collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to deliver and support the company’s objectives in the financial services and central bank industries. This position suits an ambitious, creative, and hard-working individual eager to start and accelerate a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue generation: meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and existing client expansion.
  • Sales and negotiation: lead the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiations, including presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to financial institutions.
  • Market expansion: identify and pursue new business opportunities across global financial markets, focusing on central banks, investment banks, asset managers, fintech firms, and other financial institutions.
  • Develop and maintain key client relationships across the Americas, Caribbean, and Oceania regions.
  • Represent and promote the full portfolio online, optimizing cross-selling opportunities across the Central Banking brand.
  • Establish best-in-class sales practices, including pipeline management, lead follow-up, opportunity identification, sales strategy implementation, and articulating the value proposition of subscription products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, and global sales) to deliver revenue targets and provide world-class service.

  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Manage and maintain monthly and quarterly pipeline; keep detailed records of client correspondence in the internal CRM system.

  • At least one year of experience selling training, conference delegates, e-learning solutions, or similar sales experience is preferred.

Structure & Size of Team

  • Joining a team of experienced sales professionals, you will report to the Head of Central Banking Sales in the Americas.

Where You’ll Work

  • This role is based in our downtown New York Office.
  • We offer a hybrid work environment with a requirement to be in the office three days per week, depending on your preferences.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $67,000 - $89,000 USD
  • 20 vacation days (rising to 25 days)
