Quality Assurance Intern

Job Description

Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiatives in the complaints investigation unit and quality operations. Study and understand the current workflow in the complaints investigation unit and quality operations. Support complaints samples inventory management and disposal projects. Perform data collation (e.g., process flow, duration of process/steps). Organize and perform data analysis by creating simple programs. Prepare presentation slides/posters for the project. Participate in safety, business compliance, audits, cGMP and all other compliance-related activities. Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualification & Job Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of a diploma, including but not limited to Biotechnology, Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• A good team player with ability to work independently
• Innovative and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge and application of Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge and application of data analysis tools (e.g., macros, Visual Basic)
