Role Overview
We are seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist 2, Client Onboarding/Transitions/Conversions/KYC to join our Global Collateral team. This role is located in Singapore. In this role, you’ll make an impact by supporting clients and overseeing onboarding activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Support buy-side and sell-side clients in segregating, optimizing, financing, and transforming collateral to meet financial and operational objectives.
- Assess and determine the appropriate client account setup, clearly communicating documentation requirements, regulatory considerations, market complexities, and industry expectations.
- Oversee the opening of new accounts after completing KYC and AML due diligence, including review of supporting Account Opening Checklists for accuracy and delivery of client training where applicable.
- Provide project management support for onboarding activities, including planning, scheduling, effort estimation, and issue/risk tracking, with timely progress updates and escalation of delays or challenges.
- Take ownership of the successful execution of smaller or less complex onboarding initiatives, focusing on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of total work experience; preferred in financial services, securities, client-facing, or project management roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, balancing varying levels of complexity and urgency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
