Role

Real Estate Asset Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• With direct guidance, help ensure compliance with GS&GRE policies and leasing processes.
• Contribute to the efficient performance of the facilities group.
• Support the execution and delivery of real estate needs and assist with lease administration and facilities management duties.
• Assist with landlord issues, records, lease and internal audits, and other duties related to the administration and operation of facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; degree in architecture, engineering, real estate, or business administration is preferred.
• 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
• Commercial real estate experience or building management experience preferred.
• Experience in Financial Services is preferred.
• No direct reports.
