We are seeking bright and enthusiastic interns from December 2026 – February 2027 (Year End internship) who are passionate about problem solving and keen to develop the requisite skills for a long-term career at PwC.

About Our Team

Our Strategy and Operations practice supports a broad spectrum of clients’ digital transformation needs, helping organisations navigate and implement change across their most critical business areas. Capabilities include business modelling, process design and improvement, change management, project management, operating model design, go-to-market strategy, front-to-back digitisation, and IT systems assessment and implementation.

We work alongside clients to strategise, design, and implement key initiatives across areas such as Strategy and Business Model Design, Customer Experience across Sales, Service and Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations, Procurement, International Development, and Sustainability. Our approach focuses on delivering practical, impactful solutions that drive measurable outcomes across the organisation.

About the Role

As part of the Strategy and Operations practice, you will support initiatives that help organisations navigate digital transformation and drive change across key areas of their business.

You will work with project teams to support analysis, research, and the preparation of deliverables, while also contributing to business development and thought leadership activities. You will gain exposure to topics including business model design, operations, customer experience, and transformation projects, building a strong foundation in consulting within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

We are looking for bright and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about problem-solving and eager to continuously learn and develop. This role offers the opportunity to build foundational skills for a long-term and rewarding career at PwC.

Key Responsibilities

• You will support the project delivery teams by conducting analysis, preparing presentations, attending internal and/or external workshops and meetings, etc.
• You will support the team in the sales process by developing proposals, market propositions, etc.
• You will support business development, thought leadership and research & development activities as appropriate.

About You

• Penultimate year students from reputable local or overseas universities, with strong academic performance and a proven track record of co-curricular involvement.
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in consulting, with a willingness to continuously learn and develop relevant skills.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, and creative individuals who take initiative and have a results-oriented, self-starter mindset.
• Strong team players who are resourceful, able to think innovatively, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment, with a service-oriented approach and a strong commitment to teamwork and excellence.
