About Our Team

The Workforce Transformation team helps clients transform their organisations and HR departments to bring a positive change in the workforce and workplace, thus preparing them for the future using experience and digital channels.

We assist in strategizing, designing and implementing key functional and operational initiatives. These include the assessment, transformation or optimisation of supply chain, procurement and back-office functions such as Finance, Operations and IT. Our services include business modelling, process design and improvement, change management, project management, organisational design and IT systems assessment and implementation.

Our aim is to support our clients in designing, managing and executing lasting beneficial change.

As part of the Workforce Transformation team, you will support initiatives that help organisations transform their workforce, HR functions, and workplace through strategic and digital solutions.

In this role, you will contribute to People & Organisation engagements across areas such as HR transformation, change management, and workforce strategy. You will gain hands-on experience in supporting transformation projects through research, analysis, and coordination, while working in a collaborative environment focused on delivering meaningful and lasting organisational change.

Working within a high-performing team and collaborating closely with other parts of PwC, you will support the delivery of People & Organisation engagements across the following areas:

Responsibilities

  • Support HR Transformation initiatives, including process improvement, operating model design, and systems implementation.
  • Assist in Change Management, Culture, and Leadership efforts to support organisational transformation.
  • Contribute to Workforce Strategy and Talent initiatives, including organisational design and workforce planning.
  • Support Productivity and People Analytics by assisting in data analysis and insight development.
  • Assist in delivering transformation projects through business modelling, process design, project coordination, and documentation.

About You

  • Penultimate year students in Psychology, Business, Economics, or Human Resources from reputable local universities, with a strong academic and co-curricular track record.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to navigate and contribute effectively to complex and dynamic environments.
  • Keen interest in developing a career in the profession, with a proactive approach to learning and growth.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident, and creative individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Service-oriented team players who are committed to collaboration, professionalism, and delivering excellence.
