Role: Data Operations Analyst

We are seeking a Data Operations Analyst to join our Optimisation & Structuring team. This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and commercial decision-making, supporting the management of a diverse portfolio of renewable generation, business supply, and flexibility contracts. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of portfolio data across multiple systems, driving process improvements, supporting forecasting activities, and contributing to automation and advanced analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of portfolio data across multiple systems.
• Drive process improvements related to data management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Support forecasting activities and contribute to automation and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with commercial, trading, and operations teams to inform decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong numerical or analytical knowledge and skills.
• Experience or working knowledge of Python.
• Proficient in data analysis, SQL database management, and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding or keen interest in energy markets.

Work Style

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home each week. Some occasional travel to other offices may be required.
