Lead Development Representative – UK
At Amadeus, we build technology that connects the travel ecosystem. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative commercial team supporting growth in the UK. You will work closely with Marketing and Sales, using data and technology to identify opportunities and create meaningful customer conversations.
Your responsibilities
- Identify and engage target accounts across the UK
- Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social channels
- Qualify leads using clear frameworks and contribute to early‑stage pipeline growth
- Maintain accurate data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and sales tools
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales to align messaging and improve outreach effectiveness

- You have initial experience in sales or marketing, gained through an internship, apprenticeship, or early‑career role
- You enjoy communicating with people and building professional relationships
- You are comfortable working with data and digital tools, or keen to learn
- You take initiative and are open to suggesting improvements
- You have professional working proficiency in English
