Job Description & Responsibilities

• Coordinate the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production, and engineering through the production cycle.
• Ensure non-conformances or variances are approved and/or minimized.
• Track shortages and run shortage meetings with the procurement team; identify critical part shortages that may jeopardize the ship schedule.
• Maintain the bill of materials (BOM), ensuring the BOM supports efficient material flow and is aligned with the assembly process.
• Understand and maintain the critical path of BOMs in the area of responsibility and drive engineering to maintain BOM alignment with the manufacturing process.
• Understand manufacturing capacity and allocate as required to meet build plan commitments.
• Identify and resolve problems related to cycle count variances.
• Attend production meetings as well as Ship Rev meetings, etc.
• Collaborate with key partners (purchasing and engineering) to ensure Engineering Change Orders are communicated and implemented in manufacturing efficiently and in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and related work experience of 2 years.
• Proficient in Excel, data analysis, ERP systems; SAP is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, highly collaborative, committed to accuracy.
• Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced technical manufacturing environment.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
