CRMS – Credit Risk Administration Entry-Level

CRMS offers developing professional roles that integrate specialty knowledge and understanding of industry standards and practices, applying analytical thinking and reviewing and verifying documentation and data. These roles collaborate with other teams to accomplish department and organizational objectives through effective communication and diplomacy when handling potentially complex and sensitive information. This position follows West Coast working hours 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities

• Apply professional judgment and knowledge of department policy and procedures in completing assigned duties
• Review approved credit packages and create and maintain credit records
• Troubleshoot and resolve underlying causes of data inquiries
• Timely management, escalation, and resolution of requests, inquiries, and issues related to departmental functions
• Participate in department and organizational projects, including performing user testing for technology implementation
• Identify gaps and provide input to streamline work processes
• Understand how the team integrates with other functions to achieve department and organizational objectives
• Provide cross-training on processes to relevant backup specialists

Qualifications

• 1–2 years related experience
• Attention to detail is critical
• Flexibility and ability to multitask with strong organizational skills
• Ability to research and provide solutions
• Self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience reviewing credit loan documentation

Education

• Bachelor’s/University Degree or equivalent experience

• Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $55,341.00 – $68,270.00
