What You’ll Do:
Provide best-in-class customer service and technical support for our employees
Deploy laptops as part of onboarding and refresh cycles
Assist with new hire orientations covering policies, best practices and services used within Datadog
Handle general ticketing, account management, and problem escalation
Maintain hardware and software inventory
Work with global counterparts to improve processes and consistency across the org
Support unified communications needs for Datadog employees in conference rooms and other common areas
Create and maintain internal and user facing documentation
Leverage a foundational understanding of and curiosity about AI tools to optimize daily workflows
Participate in deployment and security related projects
Participate in the IT Support on call rotation
Who You Are:
1+ years of experience in an IT Support role, preferably supporting a corporate environment
You love working in a team and helping people
You have a genuine curiosity about AI trends and enjoy discovering new ways to automate repetitive tasks
You have supported Apple devices such as Macbooks and iPads
You have excellent verbal and written communications skills
You are fascinated by the way things work and can explain them in simple terms
You want to work in a fast-paced, high growth startup environment
You’re familiar with G Suite and other common SaaS applications

Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
