Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support clients on day-to-day trade transaction queries via phone or email
  • Record all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Act as a Trade advisor on various trade product inquiries
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure client requests are fulfilled
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting and monitoring of department KPIs
  • Identify and escalate client issues, if any
  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients

Requirements

  • Good understanding of various trade products
  • Diploma holder or Nitec with 1 year of working experience ideally
  • Excellent customer service on trade products
  • Trade knowledge or customer service experience
  • Able to work independently with excellent verbal and email-writing skills
  • Able to interact effectively with internal and external parties at all levels
