Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of and contribute to the leasing plan for Junction 8, including researching potential new brands and concepts for the mall.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, including data gathering on competitor malls.
• Support the updating and maintenance of leasing floor plans.
• Assist with tenant coordination and administrative matters, such as liaising with tenants on Public Liability Insurance and Audited Sales Reports.
• Coordinate and support meetings or calls with tenants, including taking meeting minutes where required.
• Assist with financial analysis of tenants’ sales data.
• Support other day-to-day administrative or ad-hoc duties related to tenant management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Business, or any related disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of real estate principles.
• Strong numerical skills are an advantage.
• Keen interest in the F&B/Retail/Entertainment industry.
