Payments - Kinexys Product Sales and Solutioning - Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Drive new business development for the product, hunt and manage new client relationships for a given portfolio, and grow the product P&L.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver tailored product solutions that meet client needs.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to create compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies, prepare sales materials, and assist in RFPs and client presentations.
• Prepare regular reports on client activities, market trends, and business development efforts; analyze client feedback and market data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in banking or fintech industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of payments and transactional foreign exchange (FX) products, along with their client use cases.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills; excellent client-facing abilities.
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships with key internal partners – sales, product development, client service, and bankers.
• Detail-oriented with a proven ability to execute tasks and drive results.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Mandarin speaking is preferred due to extensive engagements with Mandarin-speaking only clients.
