Role
As a Guru you will be accountable for supporting the sales organization through effective CRM management, process optimization, and market insights to drive sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the local subject matter expert in Salesforce CRM, assist the sales team in maximizing CRM efficiency, and ensure data integrity for accounts, contacts, opportunities, and orders.
- Act as the local CRM business process owner, recommend changes to improve productivity, validate data integrity, and submit sales orders in NetSuite.
- Review regional sales performance reports, coordinate local action items, and generate regular accounts receivable reports to update the sales team on cash collection progress.
- Collect market insights on new projects or industry updates, collate adverts in all media for new projects, monitor industry event dates, and stay updated on industry news and trends.
- Support the coordination of sales training sessions organized by the Sales Academy, assist in distributing sales documentation, and create or localize sales training materials when required.
Requirements / What We’re Looking For
- Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and strong technical proficiency to support CRM usage and process management.
- Experience in Salesforce CRM management with the ability to guide and support the sales team on CRM usage and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills to review and interpret sales performance reports, identify actionable insights, and execute local action items to drive sales performance.
- Awareness of market dynamics and industry trends, with the ability to collect and analyze market insights to inform sales strategies and decisions.
- Previous experience in sales support or enablement roles, with a demonstrated ability to support sales teams in achieving objectives and maximizing efficiency.
