Your Job

• Perform a 12-hour shift to support the running of production in the module and ensure equipment readiness and suitability for production.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration on a timely basis.
• Assist engineers in the installation and hookup of new equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment-related issues and minimize downtime; assist in implementing equipment improvement projects.
• Participate in the Quality Improvement Team program to improve productivity and output quality of the module, and monitor and provide feedback to engineers to enhance equipment performance to meet module objectives.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensure safety practices, and safeguard tools, equipment, and other properties belonging to the module.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical / Microelectronics Engineering.
• 1 year of experience in a semiconductor equipment role is preferred.
• Able to perform 12-hour rotating shifts.
