Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Engineering Department during the development phase.
• Design tooling and gauges during the product development phase.
• Draft process sheets and P-charts for production use.
• Assist the plant during trial runs and conduct process capability studies with QC staff.
• Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for production staff.
• Adhere to good housekeeping practices at all times and follow safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Able to troubleshoot problems during trial runs.
• Basic CNC machining skills, familiarity with types of cutting tools, and basic knowledge of CNC programming.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Keen interest in outdoor testing.
• Basic CAD skills.
